Laura is a business strategy consultant specializing in organizational, commercial, and marketing fields. She earned a Global Executive MBA from SDA Bocconi in Milan and Rotman University in Toronto, along with a Master Certificate in Digital Marketing and a Master’s degree in Communication and Marketing. She graduated with top honors in Public Relations from IULM University in Milan. She has gained international experience in the hospitality, real estate, tourism, food, and luxury sectors, working in Italy, France, and the United Kingdom. In her role, she supports companies in defining and implementing growth strategies, process optimization, and competitive positioning.
Architectural Design
Development of preliminary concepts, detailed and executive designs for residential, commercial, and public buildings. Includes 3D modeling, advanced renderings, and BIM simulations to optimize space and functionality.
Construction Management and Supervision
On-site construction management, coordination of contractors and suppliers, and verification of compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Ensures timelines and budgets are met through periodic reporting.
Structural and MEP Engineering
Structural calculations, foundation design, MEP systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC), and seismic analysis. Integrates sustainable solutions such as energy efficiency and LEED certifications.
Administrative Procedures and Urban Planning Strategies
Preparation of permits (CILA, SCIA, Building Permits), urban planning, landscape, and cadastral procedures. Includes technical/economic feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments.

Topographic and architectural surveys, energy certifications, property valuations, and safety management during design and construction phases. Support for asset management and post-construction maintenance.
